You need to be a moderator already before applying for Global Moderator, and you need to be a GM to apply for administrator. Once I add more groups, I'll add them on to the list above.

Create a new topic that says (Your username)'s application. So if I was applying, the topic name would be Lemon's Application. Once I see the application, I will lock the thread, and I will think it over.
